Product return process
You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
In this case, you choose your desired courier company and you will be charged with the shipping cost.
The recipient will be charged with the shipping cost only in the case of a defective product.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them.
- The products should be free of damage and in their original packaging.
- The products should be in excellent condition, with their original packaging (box or film).
- The products should be accompanied by all the documents with which they were delivered (retail receipt, invoice, transport document).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to return the products for replacement or refund, after first contacting us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 2310 519117, to confirm the return process.
In any other circumstance, we have the right to refuse the return.
The product can only be replaced with products of equal or greater value.
Refunds are made by crediting the entire amount to the bank account that you will register.
